TANGO THERAPY ... WHAT IS IT?
TANGO THERAPY
Argentine tango is an intense contact experience. This is a meeting with yourself - your body and emotions, with the environment - music and society, with another person - a partner or partner. In tango, men learn to lead a partner respecting her personal boundaries; women - to follow a partner and show their desires. We learn through our own and someone else's body, through interaction in dance.
Tango therapy allows you to realize the insights gained in dance and use them in other areas of life: in partnerships and friendships, at work, in any social interactions.

How are classes conducted?
1. Dance:
learning to dance social tango
2. Awareness:
we discuss, pronounce and realize the emotions and sensations from our own body and pair interaction, we find psychological reasons for what failed and could have been better, we are looking for solutions
3. Mindful dance:
we realize the conscious in dance
4. Expansion:
learning to apply the acquired skills and abilities in other areas of life
* If you do not have a partner or a partner, come yourself. You will not be left without a pair.
What will you learn?
Dance social tango, enjoy the dance.
In addition, in dance and in life, you will learn:
Embrace and embrace. Warmly, sincerely, for real. With loved ones and strangers. With tenderness or passion. Embracing the content you want.
Invite, accept, refuse. And in dance and in life.
Partners - will gain greater self-confidence, learn to create and maintain contact, make decisions spontaneously, subtly feel the body and emotions of a partner, open up and improvise, lead a woman in dance and in life, take care of her, respecting her freedom, boundaries and desires.
Partners - follow a partner and hear him, clearly demonstrate their desires, open up and trust, while maintaining personal boundaries.
Couples will enrich their relationships, make them deeper and more multifaceted, reveal previously unknown sides and learn to feel each other subtly.
Psychologists will work on personal psychological problems at the bodily level. Lesson hours count towards group therapy hours.
Dancers: will expand the skills acquired by dance practice to other areas of life, realize and work out the psychological causes of stress, errors in contact, leading and following.
